There should be no discrimination among those who propagate the five characters of Myoho-renge-kyo in the Latter Day of the Law, be they men or women. Were they not Bodhisattvas of the Earth, they could not chant the daimoku [Nam-myoho-renge-kyo].
“The True Aspect of All Phenomena,” The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, vol. 1, p. 385
Worldwide kosen-rufu is a grand adventure, in which we strive to envelop the entire planet in the resonance of the Mystic Law, transforming the sounds of misery and despair into the sounds of hope and joy.
Nichiren Daishonin paved the way for uniting humanity on the most fundamental level of life. All who chant and spread Nam-myoho-renge-kyo are Bodhisattvas of the Earth, regardless of gender and any other differences.
Helping everyone reveal their unique potential and bloom as beautiful “human flowers” (The Lotus Sutra and Its Opening and Closing Sutras, p. 142), let’s continue forging ahead together in our efforts to change the destiny of all humankind.
