Since I have realized that only the Lotus Sutra teaches the attainment of Buddhahood by women, and that only the Lotus is the sutra of true requital for repaying the kindness of our mother, in order to repay my debt to my mother, I have vowed to enable all women to chant the daimoku of this sutra [Nam-myoho-renge-kyo].

To enable all women to become happy—our network of compassion and respect for the dignity of life has begun to embrace the entire globe in accord with this cherished wish of Nichiren Daishonin.
The daimoku of our women’s division members, the mothers of kosen-rufu, is now resounding even more strongly throughout the world. The power of the Mystic Law is as boundless as the universe.
Turning our unending gratitude for our noble women’s division members into courageous action, let’s move forward together again today with bright smiles like the sunny blue skies of May!
