Although I and my disciples may encounter various difficulties, if we do not harbor doubts in our hearts, we will as a matter of course attain Buddhahood.

The members of the young women’s division are resolutely carrying on the spirit of this passage, which countless members since the pioneering days of our movement have cherished.
A youth spent dedicated to fulfilling one’s vow for kosen-rufu, together with trusted fellow members, is noble, undaunted, and beautiful. The sunlike radiance of your young lives cannot be dimmed by the darkness of even the harshest difficulties.
The young women’s division small-group general meetings [currently taking place throughout Japan] are spreading happiness and friendship in their communities and society at large. Let’s all chant and offer our support for the meetings’ joyful success!
