In Japan at present, some 2,210 years after the passing of the Thus Come One Shakyamuni, in the last of the five five-hundred-year periods after his passing, the hour has come for the widespread propagation of Myoho-renge-kyo. To understand this is to have an understanding of the time.

The mentors and disciples of Soka have appeared in this world to realize Nichiren Daishonin’s great vow for kosen-rufu.
We are each a Bodhisattva of the Earth who has chosen to emerge at this specific time. When we awaken to the profound karmic connections and mission we share as a result, we cannot fail to bring forth power equal to that of the Buddha. We cannot fail to open the way for the widespread propagation of the Mystic Law.
Chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with the deep awareness that the time for worldwide kosen-rufu has arrived, let’s continue to call forth many new fellow Bodhisattvas of the Earth to join us in our movement!
