Though we live in the impure land, our hearts reside in the pure land of Eagle Peak. Merely seeing each other’s face would in itself be insignificant. It is the heart that is important.

“It is the heart that is important”—this is the ultimate message of Nichiren Buddhism. When our hearts are one with Nichiren Daishonin and the Mystic Law amid even the most difficult challenges, we can bring forth limitless hope and create an ever-expanding Land of Eternally Tranquil Light, a realm of happiness and peace.
May the women of Soka continue to brightly illuminate their families and everyone around them, their communities and societies, with their confident smiles and hearts like the sun!
